Sunday Funday
The temperature dropped as day 3 came to a close but we hope the feelings of bliss, enlightenment and gratitude, carried through with you as a new sun dawned over the valley. Our travels yesterday, were guided by Elena Brower, who led us through a sequence centered around "water" and the fluidity of practice.
During the afternoon, Moby and partner-in-crime, vocalist Kelli Scarr, filled the YogaTree tent with an acoustic set of covers and originals (watch Ring of Fire here). Bassnectar, Yard Dogs Road Show and Hamsa Lila transformed The Pulse into a dance party while Ana Sia and the 2nd annual Yoga Twister wrapped up the night's festivities.
The Speakeasy lecture series gave us a peak into the minds of Moby, Seane Corn and special guest John Friend among others. Today's roster holds more enlightenment in store, featuring Adrian Grenier & Peter Glatzer, Elena and more. The talks start at 11 AM down at Aplenglow (in Kula Village), where you can lounge and sip on complimentary tea and kombucha.
If you haven't already, we highly recommend stopping by the Om Shan-Tea House to sip on traditional Chinese teas. Or walk thru Kula Village and indulge in hand dipped ice cream bars and fresh organic smoothies (at the Food Co-op) before you part ways with valley.
Take a moment and relive all the fun through this Saturday highlights video: The Daily Love at Wanderlust, presented by Yoga Aid. Here you'll find an interviews with some of our most inspiring teachers and musicians.
Tonight after practice, we return one last time to The Pulse for Brazilian Girls, Beats Antique, and Princess Superstar, performing the closing set at the Olympic Plaza Bar.
We leave you with beautiful visuals from Tinywater Photography...
